Hey there. Loving yourself from the inside out is a journey that takes time. I’ve learned that self-acceptance is about more than just embracing your strengths, it’s about accepting your flaws, too. What I used to see as imperfections are now the things that make me stand out, and I’ve learned to reframe them as strengths. It’s not easy, and society often pressures us to be critical of ourselves, but by changing our internal dialogue and focusing on the present, we can begin to truly love who we are.
