For far too long, society has placed the burden of being strong and emotionless on men. As a result, many men feel that they can't express their feelings or talk about their struggles without being judged or ridiculed. But the truth is, it's important for men to talk about their feelings in order to maintain good mental health and build strong relationships with others.
