Two Questions to Ask Yourself When You’re Stuck (Post)

Hey there. Many think that change is all about having the perfect plan or hitting the right goals. However, real change starts much deeper…it begins with understanding where you are emotionally. Journaling has been one of the best tools for figuring that out.

By asking yourself two simple questions each day:

  1. “What am I feeling?”

  2. “Why am I feeling this way?”

You’ll be able to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

In the past, this practice has helped me realize when I’m truly ready to make a change, not just when I think I should be. It’s a simple but powerful first step.
