How I Use Daily Minimums to Build Long-Term Success (Post)

Hey there. When life gets hectic, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the things you think you “should” do. That’s why I focus on setting daily minimums. These are simple, achievable actions that I can complete no matter how chaotic things get.

For me, it’s adding one serving of produce to my meals and getting at least 30 minutes of movement in each day. These small actions create a foundation that I can build on, and over time, they compound into bigger results. It’s not about perfection, it’s about a manageable effort over an extended period of time.
