Getting Clear on What You Really Want (Post)

Hey there. We’ve all been there—self-sabotage. It's frustrating, and it often stems from not being clear about what we truly want versus what others expect from us.

I used to focus so much on what I thought I should be doing, but once I got clear on my own goals and values, things shifted. Self-sabotage doesn’t disappear, but it becomes easier to manage when you trust that you’re on the right path. When you know what you’re working toward, you stop focusing on the little things that don’t matter and start making consistent, meaningful progress.
