Defining Your Worth and Living It
Hey there. Knowing your worth isn’t just about self-awareness, it’s about action. It’s about making choices that reflect your value and enforcing the boundaries you set for yourself. If you consider yourself a high-value person, you need to define who you are, what you want from life, and how you engage with the people around you. Clarity here is key, but don’t forget: life changes, and so will your priorities.
One of the most empowering lessons I’ve learned is the importance of access. Not everyone should have the same level of access to your time, energy, and attention. In a world of oversharing, especially on social media, it’s easy to let boundaries blur. But being intentional about what you share and with whom can make all the difference in living aligned with your values.
Think of it this way: there’s a public version of you that’s shared with everyone, a closer version for friends and family, and a private, innermost layer reserved for a select few. It’s up to you to decide where people fit in your life and what kind of relationships you’ll have with them.
You’ve probably heard a lot about boundaries. Here’s the thing, boundaries don’t need to be announced. They don’t need a social media post or a declaration. Boundaries are simply enforced. You take stock of who’s in your life, the role they play, and adjust accordingly. It’s a quiet process, but it’s essential to protecting your energy and staying connected to your worth.
