Breaking the Stigma: Men and Emotional Health (Post)

Hey there. Men need to feel and express their emotions just like anyone else. But society often tells them to be strong, silent, and unemotional, which can have devastating effects on their mental health.

Through my interactions with other men, I’ve learned how important it is for men to have open conversations, first with themselves and then with others.

Therapy and journaling are powerful tools that help men process their emotions. It’s not weakness to open up; it’s strength. The more we encourage these conversations, the better we can support the emotional health of the men in our lives.
